1. Responsible for Account Management activities for Public sector account(s)
2. Manage all tasks involved in Tenders from pre-bid activities, technical discussions, tender submission, order fulfillment to receivables collection.
3. Co-ordinate order fulfillment tasks by working with external stakeholders (customers) and internal functions like Engineering, QC, Accounts, Logistics & Installation teams.
4. Responsible for all Documentation in support of Order execution as per contract terms
5. Support effective resolution of customer complaints from existing installations by working with the Customer Support teams
1. Inter-personal skills to manage relations both with external and internal stakeholders
2. Must have excellent Communication; exposure to English, Hindi & Kannada is a must
3. Ability to quickly understand and align to hierarchy and processes in customer organization
4. Will need to be result oriented and well organized to manage multiple tasks
8-10 years of experience in Sales / Account Management in B2B segments; exposure to managing public sector accounts .
